Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in the Let's Dream Together Coaching Sessions. By signing up, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Let's Dream Together Coaching Sessions provided by 1301 Productions.

1.2 By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.

2. Enrollment and Payment

2.1 To schedule a coaching session, you must first sign up and complete payment at Let's Dream Together Creative Coaching Sessions.

2.2 All fees are non-refundable.

2.3 Appointments will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

3. Scheduling Sessions

3.1 After completing your enrollment and payment, you can schedule your coaching session.

3.2 No appointments will be honored without prior sign-up and payment.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours

4.2 Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time.

4.3 Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will rescheduled.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

5.2 We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All materials provided during the coaching sessions are the intellectual property of 1301 Productions, LLC.

6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written consent from 1301 Productions. LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 1301 Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the coaching sessions.

7.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount paid for the coaching session.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Tennessee.

8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Tennessee.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 1301 Productions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

9.2 Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
